This is week 5 of the "13 Weeks to Mindfulness" series, and this week we are looking at mindful walking.
TRUE PATH reads... Walking – As you walk to your car or down the street, or in your house, think about each step you take. How do your feet land on the ground? How fast is your pace? The connection from your feet to your legs, to hips, to arms, and the rest of your body. Walk with purpose!
Take time this week and pay attention to yourself walking. It can be from your car to the store, in the house or somewhere in nature...they all exercise your brain, but it's up to you to turn your brain on :)
